The new dates for our Floating Yoga Fitness are now online. This special and effective variant of yoga, also known as "SUP Yoga", combines the traditional elements of yoga with the unstable surface of water, with whom balance, strength and attentiveness are lifted to a new level.
Classical yoga positions are combined with standing excercises to create a unique experience. Under the guidance of qualified yoga instructors our participants develop their perception of their own body by going through different poses. Additionally the musculature is strengthened, flexibility improved and concentration trained.
